Arrival
Please arrive fifteen minutes before facials and body treatments to fill out your personal forms and to start relaxing.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to waxing services to fill out your wax form.

Spa Hours
The Spa is by appointment only. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and needs. If you do not reach us, most likely we are giving a treatment and we will get back to you in a timely manner.

Spa Reservations
We recommend you schedule your treatments in advance or prior to leaving the Spa for best availability. For scheduling treatments please call (603) 497-4998.

Cancellation Policy
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy please provide cancellation of any treatment within a minimum of 24 hours.

Spa Etiquette
To allow for a relaxing experience, please turn your cell phones and pagers off. Our environment is not safe for babies or children. For their benefit we would greatly appreciate it if you would make child arrangements before your appointment.

Payments
We except payments of cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Loss or Damage
Please leave jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost items.

Returns
There are no refunds on gift certificates. Exchanges will be made on products only. Present your receipt within 14 days from purchase date and receive spa credit.
